"We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "

Horrible smell of rotten sewerage, I thought it will get better, but had to ask to be moved on the 2nd day, but was told that they were full; yet we never saw anyone! The breakfast was very skimpy and literally it looked like they counted the persons and only put like one piece of cheese and one slice of Coldcut per person, and that was it. If you were four people like we were, they were only four and sometimes only two slices of ham. Not very good selection. The worst part also is our room was right on top of their restaurant and it was very noisy from the morning till late at night. However, I guess if you have a better room, the experience will probably be a three star for Italy all around."
