"We have just returned from a fantastic week at Dreams Jardín Tropical and cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The location is perfect, close enough to the marina, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
We stayed as Preferred Club guests, which added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The exclusive lounge, dedicated areas, and enhanced service made our stay feel even more special.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the week.
The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was a great variety of high-quality options at every meal, and we enjoyed every restaurant we tried. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was a particular highlight. The drinks selection was also excellent, with premium options available and attentive service throughout the resort.
The pool areas are beautiful, especially the iconic lagoon-style pool overlooking the sea. There were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxed without ever feeling crowded.
What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay."
"I usually stay in 5 Star Hotels but felt like a change. The apartment was roomy, clean, quiet, with 180 degree views from very large terrace (2 x sunlounger beds, 2 x relaxing whicker chairs, small side table, dining table, 4 x chairs with parasol, clothes dryer). I entertained my friend 3 times on the balcony; we had great lunch and dinners (with stunning sunsets to watch - balcony was South West facing - superb!) My friend had the apartment next door so that added fun to our holiday (chatting over the wall): we ate in the restaurant twice; both meals were freshly cooked, perfectly (I likened the fillet of fish, style & quality of al-dente veg to that of a 5 star hotel); we were surprised.
The kitchen was open plan, very roomy (lounge area to one side) very well stocked with everything you need for basic food preparation; we stocked our fridges with fruit, yogurts, drinks and snacks only. It was great to have a freezer for our ice cubes and for chilling quickly any bottles of wine, etc. The little supermarket downstairs served hot freshly cooked rolls (bread) daily along with hot Danish pastries, croissants, etc, very nice indeed! All staff members were very friendly. Downside: complex is situated at the top of a very steep hill - 8th floor is high up (4 x lifts and/or several hundred steps to reach room). Good for my exercise! Pool was small! Overall: cost of a week's stay was superb value, especially when compared against 5 star hotel stays."

10/10 Excellent
"What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so friendly and helpful.
The rooms were spacious very clean and comfortable beds, aircon, all amenities, cleaned daily. There is some building work close by but we didn’t feel it disturbed us.
Looking forward to returning."
"First visit June 2026. The best hotel I have visited so far in my life. It’s beautiful amazing scenery. Palms, ocean, the flora it’s amazing. Hotel is huge and so beautiful. We loved ever moment here."
"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, provided useful contact numbers, and gave us great tips about the local area. Every time we saw him throughout our stay, he always stopped to say “Hello family” and ask how our day had been. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely took the time to make guests feel valued. He works incredibly hard and is a real credit to the hotel. We hope he receives the recognition he deserves.
We also loved all the activities around the pool, especially the volleyball and netball games in the afternoons. There was always someone nearby to take drink orders, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The entertainment was excellent every evening and added to the fantastic atmosphere.
We had zero issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for making our holiday so special. We are already looking forward to coming back!"
"This is a great four star hotel in a quiet area. It is fully contained with very friendly staff. We have been multiple times and really cannot fault it."
