"Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this."

"It is a great hotel with an excellent location. I would say the only downfall is no air conditioning and therefore open windows, which were located at a very noisy road. That put a bit of a damper in an otherwise great experience.

"The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also.
