"O'Casey's was exactly the respite we needed during the 2nd leg of our trip. We enjoyed very good sleep, great breakfast choices, and beautiful walks. We were close enough to walk downtown to the River Walk, the Pearl Historic Brewing Co., and many great restaurants. The host and owner, Amanda, was so welcoming and gracious, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back!"

"This hotel is in the perfect location! You walk right outside the doors and you are on the beautiful river walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all friendly. Our room was comfortable and fit my family of four just fine."

"Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, respectful, and helpful—especially Francisco, who provided outstanding service and made our mornings enjoyable. Because of employees like him, I'm still giving this hotel 3 stars. However, for a hotel charging approximately **$500 per night**, the cleanliness was disappointing. The biggest issue was the rooftop pool during the Fourth of July celebration. The pool water was extremely cloudy and appeared dirty. It was so unappealing that I would not have let my children swim in it. During the four hours we spent at the pool, not once did we see a staff member cleaning tables, picking up trash, or maintaining the area. Instead, employees spent much of their time standing around and using their phones while trash and used towels accumulated. The windows surrounding the pool were also filthy. They were so dirty that we had to use our own towels to wipe the glass just so we could enjoy the view and watch the fireworks. That should never be necessary at a hotel of this caliber. Our guest room also needed much more attention. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and my wife experienced allergy symptoms for hours after we left. Housekeeping needs to pay much closer attention to detail. The hotel has great potential, and the customer service from most employees was excellent. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness throughout the property—especially at the pool and in the guest rooms—does not r"

"Hotel staff was excellent. Valet needs more education about surrounding area - could not assist with directions when asked. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned our room just as quickly as we exited for the day. Room service attendants were friendly and professional. Restaurant food was nice. One of our favorite places to stay on the River Walk."
