"The room was great! Everyone was very courteous and helpful! The bar staff was also great!!! I recommend happy hour as the food I tried was very good!!! Vallet was helpful and I received text messages from them and the hotel ensuring all was going well!! The restaurant and cafe were also very good! I was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do and the restaurants I wanted to experience!!! Highly recommend. The room was very clean. If I had to say one thing it would be that the restroom was a little small. Yet, it did not affect one minute of my stay!! The overall experience was great, and I liked the eclectic vibe of the hotel!!!"

"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "
