"The quality and choice of food in the restaurants needs to be improved. Very few lifts in the property so we had to reply on buggies to take us around. Overall lovely stay. The kids loved the water park which was well maintained and looked after."

"They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel."

"This hotel was nicer than I expected. Itโs on the outskirts of old town but still walkable if you wanted to. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast/Dinner buffet very well stocked. The rooms I had was spacious with a nice view. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only CON was street parking limited. No fault of the hotel."
