"The hotel had excellent service and was beautiful. The views of the desert were amazing with the luxury of a hotel. The entire resort team was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. Erst liess man uns sehr lange warten (>3h) und anschliessend gab es ein angebliches Upgrade allerdings, war das die Kategorie, welche wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer, was wir gebucht haben, war mit 92m2 angegeben. Was sich aber als Irrtum rausstellte. Es war ungefähr 45m2, inkl. Balkon, gross. Jeden Tag hatten wir weniger Tücher, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde die Minibar nicht mehr aufgefüllt und von unseren 5 Tagen Aufenthalt ging das...

" I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Riad Andalla Spa hotel. It is a beautiful building that totally met my expectations of what Marrakesh Riad would be. More importantly the staff there are so very helpful and courteous. Throughout my stay they went over and above what is expected to make my visit to Marrakesh as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. They even catered for the, shall we say, vagaries and idiosyncrasies of others in my party without any fuss. Beautiful hotel, beautiful people and fantastic food. Loved every minute including the hammam massage. Will definitely return."
