"First above all, the hotel is super friendly and has a great location. The staff became personal friends almost immediately. The rooms and drink/dining were way above expectations and the breakfast far exceeded anything we've ever seen. The beach and surroundings are gorgeous and welcoming with a visit everyday. "The property is in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a low key and relaxing vibe to the resort. The facilities are first class. There can be a language barrier at times but just stay with it and you will get your point across. The buffet restaurant offers many choices and the quality is very good. The beach is on-site and the chairs and umbrellas are included. The area around the resort has limited restaurants, but Chania Harbor and Old Town are a short drive away, where there are numerous dining options, as well as some nice sights to see. There is a swim up bar, as well as a larger pool and hot tub area. The exterior seating of the Main Bar has an excellent view of the setting sun and is a fun place to grab a cocktail, with attentive servers. The on-site restaurants are small and offer limited seating, so make your reservations as soon as you arrive."

"The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :) "

"We loved the views from our room and the staff was so friendly! The chef in the restaurant (Cristos) made amazing meals & was so friendly! He even gave us a cooking class. We also enjoyed the pool & beach area. I would definite commend this hotel and I hope we can come back some day! "

"In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely recomended, this was our favourite when compare to similar price Mallorca or Sardinia resorts that we have visited before."
