"Very friendly staff, clean hotel, lots of pools and nice rooms. Also good food with lots of selection and a great spa. Only downsides are the entertainment, which didn't match the guests, and perhaps the price discrepancy that guest pays for room (2x difference regardless of the room)."

"*AVOID AT ALL COST* Apartments are separate to the main hotel. On a dark slip roads with cars driving past at speed.Multiple health,safety and security protocols not in place.No reception staff or duty manager at night. Only a security guard who is just there for decoration but doesn't know what to do if there is a problem arises. We were given a Yale key to our room that did not work.We called reception and spoke to someone on3 different occasions who said they would send maintence to let us in...

"I primi due giorni abbiamo soggiornato al piano terra, pessima idea,ma non per colpa dei gestori o della struttura ma per colpa delle persone che ci soggiornano,per fortuna i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno cambiato stanza, ma nonostante ciò la maleducazione dei clienti è stata pressocche intollerabile ritornavano la mattina all'alba e tra strilli e musica inevitabilmente dovevi svegliarti all'ora che decidevano loro.se siete delle persone a cui piace vivere una vacanza...

"Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other block "
