"The only thing worth noting was that if you sat at the bar/pool by the beach you couldn't get drinks within your all inclusive package, however you could get them from the other pool bar and take them over. The best thing about our stay was both the young ladies on reception, I can't praise them enough, they helped us book taxi's, restaurant reservations and worked tirelessly to call around beach clubs in other parts of the island for day trips, they were absolute stars and definitely made our trip. Thank you ladies "

"The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there. "

"Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. I extremely appreciate the reception manager (Sira) that made our holiday very memorable. I want to commend all the staff for how much they made our experience very good and I would recommend others to book this hotel, the food was lovely,the service was top notch.If I were to come back to this area this hotel would be my first pick."
