I had an issue with my room at check in, when I opened the door it had clearly not been prepared from the last guest, but within minutes I was allocated a different room from a very apologetic management. "1st of all this is my 3rd time at the Mediterranean beach hotel. I adore the place . The staff are helpful and always smiling . The room was clean and i got an upgrade to superior sea view room , as a Expedia gold member with a bottle of wine and late check out.
