"The hotel is on a Main Street and the traffic noise was very loud and constant. One can hardly rest. There was no prior notification that customer must register and pick up key at a second location that is about 1 km distance from the hotel. We learned this only upon arrival to the hotel and read the notice on the door of the hotel. So we had to drive twice to the hotel and the second location--arrive to hotel, register at second location, drop bags at hotel, park car at second location....

"By chance I chose this property for my stay in Como. What a HUGE blessing! The staff was so helpful and kind and I truly loved the accents! The property is stunning and lures you in from the moment you pull into the drive with vines and architecture surrounding you. Enter thru a beautiful entry with a winding red carpet stairway that leads you to an enchanting room of old world charm and luxury. I wanted to drink coffee all day and read a book in this room. In fact every common area you wanted to spend time in like it was a hope of a royal family. We then entered our room! I was so very pleased and excited...I felt like royalty. So clean, very elegant and a view! The windows are adorned with beautiful curtains and wooded shutters to block the light from the windows that open out to the view of lake and courtyard of the city! This is worth every dime you spend to stay."

"Our stay at Ibis Como was excellent. The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute drive from Lake Como and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping centers. Free parking is available, which was a great advantage for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule, although the variety of options could be improved. The hotel is also only a 30-minute drive from Fiera Milano, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Having a car is highly recommended. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return."
