Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Katla at the breakfast restaurant is exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Great way to start your day by meeting such a nice lady.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Es liegt optimal, ist per Bus oder zu Fuss gut erreichbar und nah am Zentrum von Lugano. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die kostet extra.
