"Liked: the view of the grounds and the river, a deep bath and shower very stylish and at great temperature, even the floor was excellent: a sort of stone slab warm to the touch and very clean. the boat tour and walk on the protected island excellent as well. Staff were quick to respond to some minor issues. Loved the pool and the massage. Disliked: *the toilet door is just a carved out screen, no privacy at all (but it has a lock haha) *reception booked us a tour to a gorge to see the very rare...

"Had a wonderful stay overall — definitely a 5-star experience. Just a couple of minor points that may be worth looking into: the air conditioning in our room felt slightly stuffy at times, and the 2 treadmills in the gym were noisy with a lot of friction, particularly around the running belt making it unusable. Otherwise, everything was excellent."
