It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. When I reported it to the front desk, the service was just as bad as the room. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and instead of properly resolving the issue, they made the situation more stressful. At first, they refused to refund me at all. Then they said they would only refund me if I checked out immediately, leaving me with nowhere to go. This is not how you treat paying guests, especially when the issue is clearly the hotel’s fault. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and no accountability. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
