"This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. "We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great."
