"Worse hotel room ever! We did not have any running water to take a shower nor water from the sink! We contacted maintenance and nobody came. Requested assistance multiple times still no help. "We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque."
