Cool modern hotel with a warm welcome and majority of reception staff very helpful . Large comfortable rooms and beds and no noise from anywhere was noticeable. Proximity to the local bus stop / Lidl and some restaurants useful as there is limited catering provision at the weekend - best to check what’s on.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were celebrating a special birthday and there were some lovely touches in the room. The spa was clean and relaxing, modern facilities. Housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Any help we needed was quickly received. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The location was great - right next to the metro and walking distance from the lake. Would love to stay again.
