It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

You have to splurge for the Studio with balcony Eiffel Tower view but it was well worth it! The little table and chairs on the balcony looking at the tower was used everyday. "Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast."
