"This hotel was perfect for our needs. Great room, great beer, great food. It’s hidden from the road and the approach is a bit worrying through the industrial units but once you are outside the hotel you get views over the fields. We would definitely stay there again"

"Lovely old house with character and charm. It was the perfect last night location too, an hour from the tunnel and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend."

"The receptionist was really helpful and kindly let us in to our room a little early after a long drive so we could freshen up before going to look around town. All staff pleasant and helpful. The town was a 15 minute walk to all the sites of interest. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread. Parking on site. We enjoyed our stay."
