"AC unit emitted moldy musty smell. Couldn’t open window because of heat outside. Floor was filthy, my feet were brown after getting out of shower and heading to bed. I had to ask them to mop the floor, but they didn’t do an adequate job. TV absolute basic channels, constantly blinking out. "

"Great staff. Lobby looked great, but rooms were under renovation. There were obvious paint touch ups on the ceilings. The sofa couches had no support and the “pull out” bed was literally a mattress that we had to lay on the floor. We had to rebook due to a third party mishap, otherwise it would not have been a preferred stay."

"Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜"
