"The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

Not only was the service impeccable, but we also shared laughter, engaging conversation, and unforgettable moments over delicious food and cake. Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay. "Perfect location, friendly staff. Hotel could do with more attention to detail on finer details. For example on my balcony the wall had been painted but the masking tape was still there. The shower drain was so slow to drain the water it would often flood the bathroom floor. Housekeeping only change bins and sheets but do not mop the floors. I stayed for a week and any issue I had was fixed quickly. More options for breakfast would be great, like more cereals, pastries and fruit"
