"5 minute walk from Akita station, there are plenty of food options around and shopping malls nearby to do souvenir shopping. Plenty of attractions nearby like the park opposite and the Akita Inu station behind. The onsen on the top floor was also enjoyable, and had free dessert right outside. There's also free noodles at night for supper. Great place to stay for day trips from Akita."

"Good size hotel room but too far from the Akita Station to walk. However the taxi was easy to catch and cost less than 1,000 Yen; if traffic is good, the meter does not even jump and remains at 690 Yen."

Only thing that I wasn’t satisfied about was the google map navigation, the hotel has perfect location but google map kept guiding me to the wrong direction. But overall, great hotel and great service. "

The Japanese breakfast was excellent and it was worth the 1800 yen/person which we enjoyed it very much. We took the bus and the taxi(1000yen) to/from the station."
