Staff were particularly helpful, providing information about visiting potters and taking care of sending our luggage. Hagi was a lovely city with much to see and do. I recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area. "

Our visit was no nice that we were very sad to leave. Matsudaya was everything we could have hoped for in a traditional onsen ryokan. We hope to return someday."

料理はお造りや活き鮑、見蘭肉のしゃぶしゃぶ鍋は美味しく頂きましたが、焼き魚、甘鯛の味噌汁に至ってはなくてもよかったかと思います。
後付けの半露天風呂が私のイメージと違いました。
半個室の食事会場も広間を建具で仕切っていて私のイメージとは違いました。"
