"Great to have a pool right outside our balcony. Entertainment staff were great for kids and adults. Kids enjoyed kids club. "The breakfasts were great; I loved the dining area and the Greek milk pie! Although, when we sat outside, there were a group of bees trying to steal the food, and the staff didn't help with the situation... Breakfast coffee was made by the barista, not the automatic coffee machine. We had dinner at the flow dine and wine, very nice environment with live cello music. We liked the traditional dessert. One flaw is that the room doesn't provide a luggage rack, even though there was plenty of space in the room. We also didn't receive slippers when we arrived. It's nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room, but it's a bit old and very noisy when it's turned on. Very convenient to have buggy as the hotel is big."

"The property was lovely and a great place for “home base”. We had a sea view, top floor room and I would definitely recommend. Most of the staff was amazing, Dmitris and I believe Angela at the front desk were both lovely and helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and deserves accolades for their daily reset. Visali (spelling?), I believe he’s a “concierge”, was very unkind one day when I parked our little Picanto in the wrong spot. He berated at me in front of the hotel lobby and accused me of “moving cones”, which I wouldn’t do—and that made the day and the stay just a little less “shiny”."
