The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff."

"Loved the property. Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size. My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool. On the whole it was a great place to stay. "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
