"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

Top Al-'Ayyat Hotel Reviews

Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel

8/10 Good

"Great value for money and proximity to the Sphinx and Pyramids. Super view from the rooftop restaurant of the Pyramids. Relatively quiet at night compared to being in the city. Rooms were clean and functional and staff were very friendly. The included dinner (if you select that option) gives you a good range of choice."

Great Pyramid Inn

8/10 Good

"Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean room and the bed was comfortable. Views were Incredible from both our room and the Roof Top 7000 restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent and choices were varied; coffee was good. Dinner menu had many choices. Minor issues we encountered: 1. Our balcony door was unusable even after a request for repair. 2. The elevator at times was inoperative. 3. The shower was open (no door) and sprayed water into the bathroom, and the floor was slippery. 4. A lot of street noise later at night and bright lights from construction across the street. We ate dinner at the Roof Top on 3 of 7 nights during our stay but chose alternative places to dine because 1. food was served as much as 20 minutes apart to each of the three of us so we really could not eat together, 2. some hot dishes were served cold because they were not served promptly, 3. servers at times were un-attentive, and 4. music was so loud as to stifle conversation."

Panorama Pyramids Inn

8/10 Good

"One of the good thing in this hotel is you will never get hungry. Free snacks and beverages are always served most of the time. Although the room is not so perfect, 'coz we're not lucky to reserve a room facing the pyramids, but you can always see the panoramic view at the roof top terrace anytime. And with regards to staff's customer service, the only word I can say is "bravo""

Foola Pyramids Inn Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Before arriving, I was a little nervous because communication through Expedia and WhatsApp was not very responsive, so I arranged my airport transportation elsewhere. However, once I arrived, my experience was completely different and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. My flight arrived around 6 a.m., and they were nice enough to let me check in immediately. There are quite a few stairs, but the staff carried all of my luggage to my top-floor room and offered me a complimentary welcome drink. I booked a pyramid-view room, and they even let me look at the available rooms and choose the view I preferred. The view from my room was amazing, and the rooftop restaurant also has a great view of the pyramids. The hotel is only a short drive from the pyramids as well. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC and shower worked well, breakfast was very good, and I had no issues with noise at night. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe throughout my stay. I also met the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. Checkout was extremely easy. The staff carried my bags downstairs, I simply returned my key, and they offered me a drink while I waited for my ride. I’m already booking another trip to Egypt and plan to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers."
