"This was the best hotel that we stayed in Egypt. I wish I could have stayed here for a few more nights. It's elegant and comfortable. We would stay here again if we visit Cairo."

"Rooms had some signs of wear and tear, but were kept clean and tidy. Daily inquiries if I wanted my rooom clleaned. As the hotel lies along a quite busy street AND traffic in Egypt is VERY noisy, some noise in the rooms facing the street is unavoidable (I was prepared with ear-plugs, and that worked fine with me). I must commend the friendly an service-minded staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I will also reccomend the trips arranged by the hotel. I had a very knowledgable and nice guide ("Hime") and competent driver(s). They made me feel as safe one can be in the traffic maelstrom of Cairo(!) I had a great stay and can reccomend the hotel to anyone looking fra a nice and safe base for adventures in the Cairo /Giza area. "

"Excellent stay. The rooms are newly renovated, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were amazing: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop offers stunning pyramid views, and we were lucky to be there on a night with live music, which added beautifully to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, very close to the pyramids and the GEM Museum. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Just a small note: use Uber rather than walking around the Old City at night. It’s charming during the day, but you should be cautious after dark."
