"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The view from the breakfast balcony is just spectacular. Having breakfast overlooking the pyramids is such a privilege. The rooms are clean and breakfast is substantial. Would stay here again especially when the sound and light show is completed as the hotel will have a perfect view. There is an Egyptian restaurant a few doors down which is really reasonable as well serving great food. There are places to eat in the pyramid complex so enjoy. The Lauderee is expensive but worth having tea and a macaroon just for the view. "

"The hotel rooms are on the 4th / 5th floor, be aware there is no lift We booked the hotel because of the view of the pyramids, and you certainly will not be disappointed with the view from the top floor and breakfast balcony We had seen reviews regarding the cleanliness of the stairs up to the hotel, and they are dirty, but the hotel floors and area is clean and well kept The staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful, particularly Mourad who met us on arrival, and was around if we needed help with anything The streets surrounding the hotel are very dirty but that could be said for most of Cairo that we saw, although we were often approached by locals asking if we needed help, we never felt unsafe in the local area It is a 2 minute walk to the entrance to the pyramids, and a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and there are local cafes and restaurants in the area Back to the view, we stayed over New Year, which was an incredible evening, all the hotels have there own fireworks, parties and music, with a back drop of the pyramids, absolutely sensational Thank you Mourad for your help during our stay"

"The room was spotless and with an amazing view to the pyramids, so did the restaurant. Staff most of them friendly but some in the restaurant had a little attitude for no reason. Breakfast wasn’t good at all but dinner was ok. The driver Mohammed was awesome, very friendly always with a smile and great energy made Me feel safe at all times.Tour guy was really nice too, his knowledge is incredible."
