defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."

"The map is not accurate and had to drive around for half an hour to locate it, reception didn't recognize Expedia and thought it was the company I work for, asked me to go upstairs to meet the manager in his room to accept me as a guest, when I refused they called him on the phone and he was kind enough to accept me as a guest after asking me three times if I had paid in advance or not.
