The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with being asked questions or for refills for the room. The location is good as it's quite close to the pyramids, quad biking and GEM. Choice of restaurants within short taxi ride. Booked some tours through them and it was all arranged very smoothly

From the very first day, we were welcomed with a smile and felt that the entire team genuinely wanted us to feel at home. Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. People are what make the difference, and without a doubt, this team was a very important part of our trip. Thank you all for your attention, kindness, and willingness to help and for making us feel so welcome throughout the entire week. A special thank you to Ahmed, Nader and the rest of the team. This property had a great view of pyramids and the staff was very helpful. The area is very local so if your looking for more tourist vibe i don't suggestion this location. Also there is no elevator which they dont mention so this is not good place for older people or someone with physical disabilities

This people in this hotel, they make you feel like VIP. They are So friendly. Omar is very kindly. He is there when you need somebody, always with a smile. The breakfast on the Rooftop: top! And the reception, they search together with us the best options how to discovering the country.

The roof top views were wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and tentative and the beds were comfortable. It was fun to watch the traffic below, camels and horses going by. Bring earplugs.

Our stay at Taj was exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and just what we needed for a good nights rest after a long day of activities. A highlight of this hotel is the rooftop with phenomenal views of the pyramids. Eating breakfast every morning with views of the Pyramids was amazing. Taj set up our pick up from the airport which was smooth and easy. Once we arrived the owner of the hotel helped us arrange all of our tours for the week. All we had to do was enjoy our time in Egypt. I would definitely stay here again!

I everyone was very welcoming treating you like family going extra lengths to make your stay comfortable and we were very glad to choose this place instead of a bigger hotel in Cairo. They even organized a cozy cake cutting for our anniversary on rooftop with pyramids on the backdrop. Family owned business with all cousins collectively taking care of the guests. I would recommend this place strongly
