"What stood out is the pleasant atmosphere my wife and I experienced for our week long stay at the hotel. Despite the noise from the new subway line construction Mr Keroloss upgraded our room to a quieter part of the hotel free of charge. "시설은 깔끔하지만 객실 관리랑 기본 서비스는 별로
3박 4일 머무는 동안 하우스키핑을 제대로 받은 적이 한 번도 없습니다. 전날 청소가 안 돼 있어 다음 날 미리 요청했음에도 이후에도 청소가 이루어지지 않았고, 전화로 요청하자 “곧 보내겠다”는 말만 한 채 30분이 넘도록 아무도 오지 않았습니다.
결국 리셉션에 직접 내려가서 말한 뒤에야 청소가 진행됐는데, 그마저도 침구 교체 없이 정리만 한 수준이었습니다.
세면대 물이 새는 문제도 여러 번 이야기했지만 그때마다 처리하겠다는 말만 반복했고, 실제 수리는 계속 미뤄지다가 하우스키핑이 들어올 때 한 번에 같이 처리됐습니다.
전반적으로 객실 관리가 체계적이지 않아 보였고, 직원들끼리 소통도 잘 안 되는 느낌이었습니다. 하루 일정 끝나고 호텔로 돌아와 쉬고 싶은 상황이었는데, 청소와 수리 문제 때문에 방에 들어가지도 못하고 복도 쇼파에서 기다려야 했던 점이 특히 힘들었습니다. 그 과정에서 별도의 사과나 보상은 전혀 없었습니다.

"We stayed at the property for 3 days. From our room the view was great, a very nice view of the pyramids from a 14th floor. They also have a great view at the roof top. Since the beginning the staff was great, great customer service and very friendly. The owner greeted us and we saw him often. They offer a complimentary breakfast that represents very well the local menu. The area is noisy and not very clean but is part of staying in a real local neighborhood and has many walkable food choices...
