"The hotel is perfectly located with great access to The Prophet's Mosque, dining options and shops. What stood out most was how accommodating and welcoming the reception staff were. We arrived a little earlier than expected for our check in time after an overnight flight. However they did everything they could to provide us with a room and check in early so that we could freshen up and make the most of our first day. The room was perfect and kept to a really high standard. Overall a very good experience staying here and we will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to visit Medinah. "

"Nice place to stay though a bit far from the Haram but transport connectivity and Uber service are excellent. Nearby restaurants are just about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Groceries shops are within 3 minutes walking distance. Be prepared to eat out as the kitchen is not really equipped for self service. The staff are absolutely nice, polite and very helpful 24/7. Very quick response time to any enquiry. Highly recommended place to stay for a peace of mind. "

"This is very nice hotel next to Haram’s door 338 Elevator was fast, room was modern and well set! Got the half board and it was well worth it chefs were very professional and making very testy food. The pizza/pasta station and the girl meet station was so nice to enjoy with cold drinks, will go again InshaaAllah "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Exceptional Stay at Elaf Al Taqwa, Medina We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa in Medina. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from room changes to organising Ziyrat tours and money exchange. A special thank you to Fahkrul,Jillani, Yousuf, Lamma, Hayam and Turkiy who is hilarious and so sweet on reception, they all made our stay 10/10. Every morning we’d get a courtesy call to check how we were and if we needed anything — such thoughtful service that truly made us feel cared for. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and a home from home and perfectly located — right opposite Gate 309 and only a 2-minute walk to the women’s entrance of Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient. Also the golf carts to Quba Mosque were parked right outside. I highly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone visiting Medina. You’ll be well looked after by an amazing team who genuinely care about making your stay memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to return. "
