"I had a lovely stay at Muscat Plaza. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the warm treatment throughout my visit. However, upon arrival, there was an issue with my booking not being found, which led to some uncomfortable calls asking about extending my stay. While the staff was courteous in handling the situation, it did cause a bit of discomfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and believe that with some improved organization, it could be an even better...

"Staff was nice. There are only about 8 parking spots, but I only fount this to be a problem on weekends, when you can use the rest of the lot free of charge. Check your room for bedbugs before settling in because I found some in my first room. Luckily, the staff quickly switched me to another room, which was perfectly fine. "
