"I had to wait for four hours to check in.. front dest advised me there was no reservation for me.. i had to call expidia customer service (overseas) and then i found out it was one hotel personel mistak"

"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
