Hotels in Al Mubarraz

"Booked for 1 adult and 2 children but there was only 1 bed. When i asked they tried to charge an additional 50 SAR."

"The staff support is lacking "

"A very Pleasent experiance in heart of Mubarraz"

"Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "

"best place to stay"

"Good location Clean rooms Acceptable basic amenities Very Good for a 4 star European hotel"

"Good location "

"Great room, unexpectedly large and comfortable for the price, was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful and brilliant. The location is also perfect for road and rail links."

"تجربة جميله ويصلح للعائلات "

"Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad."

"جيده بالمسبه للسعر والنظافه لكن ازهاج الشارع وحذلك روائح كنب الصاله اتوقع لانه قديم وغير مغسول فقط هذا وصوت مكيف الغرف مزعج جدا ليت استبداله بسبليت وشكرا "

"Great value for money, little bet old but still better than other apartments around"
