"The place is beautiful and has a great sea view. However, unfortunately, there is very little privacy in the cabins. Some guests created a lot of noise and disturbance until 3:00 AM, which negatively affected our stay. We also left our food on the table while taking a walk along the beach. When we returned, we found that other guests had eaten it, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. I believe the management of Sun Set Resort should enforce clearer rules and guidelines for guests and...

"Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

"The resort offers a relatively comfortable stay and a nice location. However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. The beach terrace is also small and would benefit from expansion. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the price feels quite high for what you get."
