"The hotel is split between tower 1& 2 and on day 2 they cancelled breakfast in tower 2 so tower 2 was chaotic fir a fee days squeezing everyone in 1 restaurant. Besides that it was very nice staff were apologetic and helpful "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Prophet’s Mosque, so you really don’t need a car. The room was generally in okay condition, although two of the USB ports were not working. Since I only had one adapter with me, the hotel kindly provided an extra one. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower area is also limited, with no glass door. According to maintenance, this is the standard setup, but it made showering uncomfortable due to concerns about water splashing onto the bathroom floor. The complimentary breakfast (Ramadan iftar) was acceptable, though not of the highest quality. On a positive note, the hotel returned the security deposit immediately upon checkout. Overall, it’s a good option, but there is room for improvement."

"My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. The restaurant manager embarrassed me by taking the headphone from me, the room was in very poor condition, and the restaurant appeared to prioritize only guests who paid tips"

"The bathroom did not provide toilet paper, and the helper who works in the lobby said there no small towels after notifying them I only have big towels. Lastly this place cost me 170 SAR due to a broken hot water kettle and a shortage in electricity. Old building with cheap renovations. "
