The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. The bathrooms are small and ill planned. These need a fresh architectural review.
The hotel has a pleasant ambience. The Food is Good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night.
Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

The room was spacious though a bit dated. The room and beds were clean and the amenities were ok. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are not sound proof. I could clear hear conversations from the next room. I only stayed for a night. So I was not bothered as much. But clearly wouldn't choose the hotel ...
