" had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."

"Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines"

"Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the reception staff were especially unhelpful. During a time when many tourists were stranded and needed guidance or support, the staff showed little empathy and no willingness to assist. The room maintenance was also poor, with leaky sinks and toilet issues. Overall, the lack of support from reception and poor upkeep made the experience frustrating. The hotel seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and basic maintenance standards."

"We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again."
