"It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC. Luckily i had a screenshot and after a long argument with the staff who's not able to communicate in England, i managed to get to the prison cells size room with the AC.
Only helpful staff was Gul and the rest so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The WiFi was so unreliabe and the mattress...

"For a fantastic hotel it would be great but a fan in the room during the hot summer. I understand not having an A/C but at least an inexpensive fan would alleviate the heat a little. Other than that small issue it is a fantastic hotel and I will be back. "

"Berbat bir deneyimdi. Bina küf kokuyordu. Oda mahsen gibi karanlıktı. Rezervasyon yaparken belirtilen fiyatın 1000 tl üzerinde ücret aldılar. Odalardan çok gürültü geliyordu. Su bile bırakılmamıştı odaya. Korkunç iki geceydi. Sokakta kalmayı tercih edebilirsiniz orda kalmaktansa. "
