Friendly staff, fast checkin & checkout. Very clean. Very happy stay. ** The front walking steps to enter the building, the Center dividing slope. It will good or highly recommended to paste sticker marks with different Colors. International traveller might missed it, step on it & fell.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Our stay was awesome, room is clean and staff and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, KK have much more to offer for breakfast in other places. Didn’t get to try their...

Quiet hotel that is by the main road. Doesn't serve breakfast, but has a cafe that opens rather late IMO. Was told at the opposite side of the road has a food stall that sells nice fried noodles, but I didn't try. Sufficient parking space. Provides basic anemities which was nice.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

Strategically located in the city centre, you get a contemporary-themed room - spacious, clean, and well equipped. A restobar serving great food just across the street and numerous other famous food stalls within minutes’ walk. Almost perfect!

Really nice hotel up in the mountains with amazing views to chill and relax. Staff was amazingly friendly, with a lot of healthy choices on the menu. We definitely enjoyed the stay away from the city.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

Hotel is pretty new, so in good condition. 2 major issues: First is the room I stayed, water release very slow through the pipe in the shower room, but not blocked, water still can be cleared off after shower done. Second is the sound proof is not that solid, but still alright. Plus point on the variety food choices at the hotel surroundings, very vibrant small little area. You can get almost anything here, super market, groceries stall, laundry shop, cafes, and lots of local food stalls....

Fantastic location n an enjoyable, pleasant stay for 4 nights. Will make a comeback.
