Friendly staff, fast checkin & checkout. Very clean. Very happy stay. ** The front walking steps to enter the building, the Center dividing slope. It will good or highly recommended to paste sticker marks with different Colors. International traveller might missed it, step on it & fell.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

Great hotel for vacation

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

Really nice hotel up in the mountains with amazing views to chill and relax. Staff was amazingly friendly, with a lot of healthy choices on the menu. We definitely enjoyed the stay away from the city.

Hotel was near jetty and was suitable to go islands hopping anytime. Nearby shopping mall and night market. Booked family room and was surprised the room was big. Breakfast spread was impressive. The seaview from the swimming pool was great too. Will definitely go back again.

Out of all the resorts I have stayed in the world, they are really my top few favorite picks. There is a number of things to do at the resort, it was never enough time to utilize the facilities.The Borneo Spa feels like you stepped into paradise. If there is a place you would like to recharge, this would be it. Looking forward to my next visit.
