my stay at royalisa
The hotel front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are shabby and smelly. The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water daily, only lukewarm water. The washrooms smell of sewage. There is very loud late night music. Airconditioning costs five euro a day. Safety deposit box is keyed and costs two euros a day. Overall there are many hotels to choose from in this area. This hotel just wants your money.

What you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Brilliant staff service. Big and spacious rooms. Great if visiting with family.

Nice apartment in good location
Nice place to stay. It was a one bedroom apartment with sleeping options in living room. Really good balcony to relax plus small pool on ground floor. Breakfast was a single serving rather than buffet and was in a good spot. Location of apartment is close to sea as well as otogar.

There was not any real parking place belonging to the hotel, only parking on the street. There was no hot water in the bath room, the water drain were broken and dirty. Service was really bad. They asked for exra charge for air conditioning while it was already covered in the booking.

We like everything in this place, accept sound isolation, but its not up to hotel, its up to wild people who don't respect others... Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok, seaside is near.

Great for families on a budget
Personnel were excellent, especially the front desk clerk Tchuma and the cleaners. The room had very thin walls so i could hear a baby crying. It's a cheapish hotel and therefore great for families. It has a little pool and even a smaller one for kids. It's close to the beach and shops, restaurant and bars. Overall ok for a few days. Too few outlets for electrical items. Small old tv.

Öyleki kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yaptırmış misafirlerimiz kahvaltı için kleopatra plajı üzerinde bulunan Royalisa Plamiye Otelimize gelir ve burada plaj kenarında kahbvaltı yapar.Çocuk ve yetişkin yüzme havuzu ve çocuk oyun parkı mevcuttur.Olanaklar ile kastedttiğinizi bilseydik servislerimizi geliştirmek için faydası olurdu.

Fiyat/Performans Oteli
Otel fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi diyebilirim. Mayıs ayında günlüğü 400 TL’ye denk geldi bize. Her gün temizlik yapılıyordu. Konumu plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark yok ancak cadde boyu park yapılabildiği için biz sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sezonda nasıl olur bilmiyorum. Biz genel olarak otelden de çalışanlardan da memnun kaldık.

Hyvällä paikalla,huoneessa ei ollut ruokailuvälineitä riittävästi. Siivous oli aika huonoa,paitsi viimeisenä päivänä kun olimme lähdössä pois,ilmeisesti tipin takia. Alakerran pizzeria oli hyvä.

Bra lägenhet
Lägenheten är toppen då det finns även sängar i vardagsrummet/köket, inte bäddsoffor som det brukar vara samt att det var AC även där. Det är bra storlek på rummen. Största nackdelen är trafiken utanför, den är väldigt intensiv och hörs tydligt. Det är ganska lyhört. Någon Netflix fanns inte. All personal på hotellet är väldigt trevliga. Ren och fräsch pool. Restaurangen som tillhör hotellet har god mat. Vi är nöjda med hotellet.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Allasalue pieni, mutta meille riittävä. Siisti hotelli, huoneen siivous päivittäin. Ravintolassa edullinen ja hyvä ruoka.
