"No check, at the property. We rang both numbers for the property to check-in with no answer. Lucky enough we read another review saying where to check-in , 10 uphill away. Only gave 1 key for 5 guests. Very noisy at night. Lift area had vomit on the floor 3 days. No duvets, just dirty old rugs. "

"The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. When we came back at 4pm we still didn't have any, so we had to go back to reception, which is a long way away, and ask again. They...
