I barely had any bedding and the shower controls were reversed for hot and cold. The door latch was hard to lock. Otherwise, temperature control in room was great, a lot of space in the room.

When we checked in, there was a guy checking out after he had just checked in, saying the room was disgusting. Check-in went smoothly, though. Here’s a list of what went wrong: 1) Only one card key worked, and it didn’t work well 2) Floor was dirty 3) Sheets barely fit the beds, and were dirty 4) Bedspread had cigarette burns and other holes 5) Bathroom door wouldn’t close 6) The back of the bathroom door was peeling 7) The soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink were empty 8) The bathroom floor was cracked and dirty, and there were bugs. 9) The bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling and didn’t work 10) The bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling 11) For 2 people they provided one tiny thing of shampoo and conditioner, and one quarter size bar of soap the felt like it was made out of sand. And those are just the highlights. I will never stay there again. Disgusting!

sheets were not changed upon arrival, they claim to change them every 3 days. nobody was ever at the front desk for assistance, nobody ever answered the phone. sheets were dirty, floors were extremely dirty. housekeeping did not clean the sheets, they cleaned the bathroom with spray and “mopped” the floor with a broom and a dirty towel. refused to clean with at least a clean towel. lamps were hanging off the bathroom wall, locks were not present. housekeeping is rude. do not recommend.
