We apologize for the inconvenience of our pool room issues that occurred during your stay, Caity. While we try to do everything we can to keep our amenities open, sometimes the issues that arise are out of our control to fix, and to ensure guest safety we have to shut it down. Thankfully, we were able to quickly resolve the safety issues and we're back up and running!
