Easy access to slopes convenient because of snowtubing / water park . Our safe was broken we requested a few times to be fixed and nobody came . The carpet was not cleaned when we received the room .

We enjoyed our anniversary at the hotel friendly staff, our room was clean and spacious. The 5th lounge was so nice to unwind and have an intimate conversation.
