Our room looked like wired when we got in, bed was not done and sofa cushion was flipped up. Staff were very nice and changed room for us immediately. However the bedding sheet was missing in our new room. Breakfasts was great, cook to order is better than the buffet, and the service was great.

We couldn’t get anyone to clean our room, so we had to go down and ask for towels anytime we needed them and had to take our own trash out. We were never in the room when the cleaning service came by but when we got back to our rooms in the evening you could tell nobody had been in there and the do not disturb sign was not on the door

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Although I don't feel hotels along the Interstate are very safe in Albuquerque, I like the location of this one. Close to a lot of good restaurants.
