"We were given the key to room 5. On a frigid Albury day, the heating function on the air conditioner was cranked up. Unfortunately, the a/c wasn’t working. After advising the kind lady (Chantelle) on the front desk we were transferred to room 6 where the heating arrangements were perfect."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Even though it was only a quick overnighter as we were passing through, we loved using the site amenities – the hot pools and mini golf were fantastic! The Family room was spacious and suited our needs well. Really great customer service. Very friendly staff and a prompt response when we had room access issues. We could hear a little road noise, but that was remedied by closing the bathroom door. The room mini fridge freezer didn’t freeze our freezer bricks & ice...
